We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Manager to create and maintain a pleasant work environment. Your duties will include a variety of administrative tasks in accounting, human resources and office management. You will also be working closely with the Upper-management, providing support when needed. Please submit your English CV for future consideration.
Responsibilities
* Infocast’s full HR function, such as recruitment, on and off boarding
* Liaise with agencies or candidates to arrange and conduct interviews as HR representative
* Organize company events, such as team dinners, happy Fridays and birthday cakes
* Oversee employee time sheets and submit monthly payroll report to accountant
* Accounting administrative tasks such as organize invoices and receipts
* Responsible for petty cash, arrange payments and keep a petty cash log
* Order office supplies and liaise with cleaner to ensure office’s cleanliness
* Responsible for ordering office equipment and inventory records
* Additional ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
* Proficiency in English
* Strong organisational skills
* A high level of confidentiality
* Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office suite
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Initiative attitude to work both prudently and creatively
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Experienced in Human Resources or Office Management will be a plus
