Looking for a responsible Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Office Manager include providing support to your teammates, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative requests and queries from teammates
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Conduct some market research
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Handle incoming mail
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Requirements
- **Proficiency in English**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, fish tanks & coffee machines
